Georgia Tech Looking for New Lacrosse Coach

Apr. 20, 2006

Georgia Tech is looking for a new head coach for the women's club. Responsibilities, apart from running practice and games, include helping the women keep the team running throughout the school year by going to league meetings, scheduling field space with the recreation department and other small administrative tasks. If you are interested, please contact Katie Flinn or Will Oakley.

The current coach, Will Oakley, is taking a job in Washington, DC and will be moving there this summer. Over the past two years, Oakley has helped Tech amass a 15-7-1 record, including a 3rd place SWLL finish in 2005 and Tech's first top 25 poll spot ever at 24 during the middle of the season last year.
